Delivery or collection

At checkout you choose between delivery and collection. Delivery charges are calculated from the delivery settings LDS Hub maintains in the store, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Production lead times

Branded and made-to-order items are produced after payment is confirmed. Each product shows its own production lead time, which is added to the delivery time.

Order status

Your order moves through clear stages — payment received, confirmed, in production, then ready for collection or dispatched, and finally completed.

Returns

The specific return terms for this store still need to be confirmed by LDS Hub and will be published here. Personalised and branded items are generally not returnable once production has started.
